With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ruth Meadows of Mabscott, West Virginia, born in Lanark, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Biggs and Opal Johnson Biggs; her husband Kenneth Meadows; her son Kennth "Buddy" Meadows; and her grandchildren, Vernon Lilly, Zachary Meadows and Heather Meadows.

She is survived by: her sibling Those; and her children, Teresa Lilly (Jack Williams), Kathy Flannery (Jimmie), John Meadows (Jennifer Jordan), Katrina Moore (Willie Chapman), Elisha Williams (Sam) and Thomas Meadows.
