Shane Michael Rowan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2020, at the age of 61, Shane Michael Rowan (Mabie, West Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Delbert Rowan, Jr. and Kathryn Irene Shanahan Rowan. He is survived by: his stepmother Martha Rowan; his children, Randy Carpenter (Cora), Angel Mack (Troy), Samuel Carpenter (Brittany), Dusty (Luke Carpenter), Nick, Jake Cramer, Aaron Wegman and Amber Powell (Tommy); and his siblings, Michelle Nutter (Todd), Steve Rowan (Connie), Suzette Rexrode (Mike), Sandra Mick (Dan), Stacey McCartney (Ronnie), Amy Smith (Brad), Keith Shoemaker (Rhonda), Tammy Shoemaker (Loretta Kuntz) and Joel. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing are recommended for those attending the service.

The Family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the family to assist with the cost of the funeral.
