It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth Delores Moore of Mabie, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 88, on November 1, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus C. Watson and Rebecca J. Shreve Watson; her son Kevin Lee Moore; her grandson Daniel Wayne Wyatt; and her siblings, Willard C., Clifford D., Howard D., John C., Thomas R. Watson, Edith M. Ratliff, Ruby J. George, Thelma M. Rowan, Anna B. Currence and Rebecca E. Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie S. Jones (Michael) and Rebecca A. Miller (William); her foster sons, George Studer and Lindsay Studer; her sister Edna M. Shockey; and her sisters-in-law, June Watson and Wanda Watson of Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren having nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Masks and social distancing will be required for those attending the services for Mrs. Moore.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Rowan Memorial United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 184, Mabie, WV 26278 in memory of Mrs. Moore.
