It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Shockey of Mabie, West Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Neal Shockey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison G Shockey and Currence Shockey of Missouri; his siblings, Edith Pastine, Maudaline Carver, Ada Shockey of Virginia, Mary Chedister, Martha Thornhill, Myrtle Weese, Howard, Bernard, Richard and Jacob Shockey; and his grandson Lester "PJ" Pritt, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Edna M Watson Shockey; his grandchildren, Marie Elmore (Jason), Eric Riggleman, Heather Pritt, Forrest Pritt, Melissa Dodrill (Eric), Daryl Shockey (Sydney), Logan and Abigail Barnett; his great grandchildren, Izak, Alys Elmore, Noah, Cameron Rowan, Ember Franklin, Callen and Bryant Dodrill; his grandchildren, Ethan and Sadie; his great-niece Ann; and his parents-in-law, Bill Thornhill of Kansas City, MO and Rose Marie Shockey of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by his loving wife of 63 years.
