He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine Knick of Virginia; his sons, James Rowan (Sherri) of Winfield and John Rowan (Valerie) of Beverly; his stepdaughter Jamie Nestor (Rocky) of Parsons; his siblings, Donald Rowan (Wilma) of Conneautville, PA, Darwood Wick Rowan (Marie) of Petersburg, VA, Mildred Auvil of Lorain, OH, Mary Cross (French Taylor) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Bonnie Shuck of Akron, OH; his grandchildren, Kane Rowan, Logan Rowan, Hunter Rowan, Blake Rowan, Braxton Rowan, Maddi Rowan, Jasmine Shreve and Gracey Rowan; and his stepgrandchildren, Eli Nestor, Rory Nestor, Leslie Nestor, Zoie Nestor and Candace Nestor.
