She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Hamner and Bernice Tenney Hamner; her husband John Franklin Phillips; her son John Wayne Phillips (Eileen); her grandson Matthew Phillips; her daughter Pamela Dawn Hawkins; and her sisters, Virginia Allman, Ruth Hamner and Gloria Rae Hamner.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Dewayne Phillips (Lisa) of Buckhannon, Steven Blaine Phillips (Carolyn) of French Creek, Gloria Ann (David L. Fisher) of Buckhannon and Debra Sue (Franklin Ryan) of French Creek; and her son-in-law Arnold Hawkins of Buckhannon. She is also survived by her seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
