He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Lloyd and Dolly Ann Waggy (Self); and his sister Carolyn Waggy. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Waggy (Reed); his children, Robby Waggy (Maddie) of Loraine, OH and Caitlin Waggy (Frank Wright); his siblings, Mike Waggy, Debbie Facemyer (Charlie), Linda Wable (Mike) and Becky Waggy; his granddaughters, Freya and Veira Waggy; and his aunts and uncles, Danny Self (Wanda), Jim "Butch" Reed (Koleta) of Fort Worth, TX, Virginia Self and Kathleen Thompson.
