She was predeceased by: her father Jesse L. Heaton; her husband Jesse Karol Kearns; her son Thomas B. Kearns; and her siblings, Bernard Heaton, James Edward Heaton, Lewis W. Heaton, Roy Lee Heaton, Thelma Pauline Heaton, Dorothy Waveline Davis and Rachel Ernestine McDougal.
She is survived by: her son Richard K. Kearns (Anna Fay) of Lumberport; her grandchildren, Diana L. Sheldon (David) of Erie, PA, Debra J. Bedell (Thomas) of Lost Creek, WV, Rose M. Roth (Steven) of Lumberport, WV, Thomas D. E. Kearns (Lara) of Stonewood, WV and Karen E. "Carrie" Elliott (James) of Oakland, MD; her great grandchildren, Jess Sheldon, Taylor Workman, Dejah Bedell, Jared Roth and Jacob Roth; her great great grandchildren, Jayden Roth, Dylan Roth, Brielle Roth and Madeline Workman; and her caregivers, Jami Beezel, Becky Phillips, Janie Hardesty and Gina Roth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
