He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Stoper and Pauline Stoper (Tusher); his former wife Janice Sinsel Stoper; and his siblings, Deloris Forquer, Richard Stoper and Patricia Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Devanna Dobbins Stop; his children, Kimberly Wray (David) of Lumberport and Lewis John Stoper (Angela Nassek) of Lumberport; his stepchildren, Lori Reed of Clarksburg, Larry Cavallo (Cathy) of Bridgeport, Kimberly Straface (Jeff) of Clarksburg and Frank E. Cavallo (Christy) of Mars, PA; his grandchildren, David Wray (Lindsay), Mathew Wray (Leah), Haley Stoper, Louie Stoper (Bellany) and Hannah Stoper; and his brother Alan Gray (Elaine) of Moatsville. He is also survived by fourteen step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and six step- great-grandchildren.
