He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Duckworth and Sarah Duckworth; his sister Rhonda Sue Duckworth; his cousin Joey Lehosit; and his nephew Hunter Duckworth.
He is survived by: his son Austin Jenkins; and his siblings, Char Lee Duckworth Merrill (John), Charlie Duckworth, Katrina Wiles, Jason Duckworth, Jenna Conklin, Michelle Clemens and Emily Zimmerman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
