He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Norabelle Scarberry Plybon; his brothers, Roger and William Plybon; and his sister-in-law Ellen Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Blair Plybon; his children, James Mark Plybon (Joann) of Clarksburg, Trena Jo Snider (Mitchell) of Jones Run, Jeffrey W. Plybon (Jennifer) of Lumberport and Gregory Scott Plybon (Jill) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Jeremy Snider (Brittany), Kayla Plybon Bacza (Brian), Kari Plybon, Kylie Plybon Davis (Aaron) and Lauren Swann (Chris); his great grandchild Oliver Marshall Swann; his brothers, Rodney Plybon (Linda), Dwight Plybon (Joe) and Doug Plybon (Doris); his brother-in-law Gary Thompson; and his niece Debbie Sweeny.
The family requests that those in attendance wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines.
