It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ruth Jenkins Pigott of Lumberport, West Virginia, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jenkins and Laura Reed Jenkins; her son Robert Franklin Walls; her stepdaughter Geneva Hines; and her siblings, Virginia Wheeler, Naomi Gay Jenkins and William "Bill" Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband C. Wayne Pigott, Jr.; her son Scott Walls (Lorry) of Lumberport; her stepdaughters, Teresa Pigott Paugh (Robert) of Arnold's Run and Roberta Bartlett (Ronnie); her stepson-in-law Lynn Hines of Fairmont; her nieces, Kim Snopps, Kelly McDonough and Robin Messenger; and also Karen Santowasso. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
