He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Heflin Randolph; his children, Robert Lynn Randolph (Cathy) of Jane Lew, WV, Rusty Randolph (Carmeleta) of Lost Creek, WV, Joyce Shuman Ward (Richard) of Lost Creek, WV and Nancy Nutter (Robert) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Mycal Randolph, Joel Shuman (Jeana), April Evans (Brian), Jesse Shuman (Jennifer), Justin Shuman, Bobby Nutter and Craig Nutter; and his sister Martha Ann Williams of Blountville, TN.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
