She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse W. Smith and Vera Buckhannon Smith; and her siblings, Barbara Marteney, Agnus Smith, Sue Ann Fultineer, William Smith, Irene Swiger, Janice Smith and Larry Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Fultineer; her children, Ronnie Fultineer II (Linda) of Buckhannon, Jesse Fultineer (Linda) of Lost Creek, James Fultineer (Margie) of Lost Creek and Elissa Fultineer of Lost Creek; her grandchildren, Billy Ray Fultinner (Victoria), Sieara Shafferman (Jon), Austin Fultineer (Danielle) and Dakota Fultineer (Abby Thompson); her great grandchildren, Lacey, Jacob, Crimson, Kaden, Olivia, Brantley and Jaxon; and her siblings, Beverly Fultineer (Roy) and Jesse Smith.
