She was predeceased by: her parents, Averill "Ray" White and Ethel Jemima Cutright White; her son-in-law Jefferey V. Zickefoose; and her siblings, Archie White (Deeds), George White (Ellen), Ross White, Alan "Scott" White (Barbara), Eugenia Benson (Joe), Isabelle Nutter (David), Izola Marple, Izetta Lynch (Howard) and Shirley Stewart (Gordan).
She is survived by: her husband Wayne R. Lewis of Lost Creek; her grandchildren, Adam L. Kwiatkowski (Christa), Kara M. Winnell (Nate), Judd S. Templin (Jessica), Clayton L. Templin (Heather), Brock A. Templin (Megan), Parker J. Templin (Estefania), Emily K. McCord (Tyson) and April M. Fitzgerald (Brent); her great grandchildren, Kaylie Kwiatkowski, Hayden, Dori Winnell, Jefferson, Vivian, Cecilia, Sullivan Templin, Elijah, Savannah, Sierra Templin, Scarlett, Cash Templin, Seton, Beckett and Evryn McCord; her brother Curtis White (Thelma); her sister-in-law Virginia "Ginny" White of Buckhannon; and also, Charlotte A. Moses (Michael) of Lost Creek, Marsha K. Templin (Steven) of Lancaster, OH, Lynelle M. Zickefoose of Buckhannon, Wayne S. Lewis of Johnstown and Michelle R. Lewis of Winchester, VA.
