She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miller and Susan Farley Miller; her spouse Russell McCormick; and her sisters, Francis, Ora, Margaret and Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Tom" McCormick (Jeannie) of Lost Creek, Rose Chamberlain (Denny) of Lost Creek and Cheryl McCormick of Lost Creek; her grandchildren, Thomas Z. McCormick (Michelle), Emily McIntyre (Robbie) and Denny Chamberlain, Jr. (Abbie); her great grandchildren, Landon and Aurora McIntyre; and her sisters-in-law, Mavis Riffle of Lost Creek and Tassie McCormick of Alaska. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Clarksburg Mission, 312 N. 4th Street, Clarksburg WV 26301.
