He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow W. Stout and Dottie Stout (Stewart); and his son Stephen Poe Stout. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Stout (Blackwood); his sister Judith Hosaflook (Stout) of Cortland, OH.; his children, Micheal A. Stout (Gail) of Mt. Clare, Scott T. Stout (Connie) of Clarksburg, Brian L. Stout (Tammy) of Silsbee, Texas, Lowell "Tom" Stout (Lisa) of West Milford and Stephanie McInturff (Paul) of Bridgeport; and his great grandchildren, Travis Stout, Jared Stout, Melissa Stout, Leah Shepler (Stout), Faith Wheeler (Stout), Jordon Stout, Emily Fancher (McInturff), Grace McInturff, James Fancher, Olivia Fancher, Trisha Stout, Ashley Stout, Britney Stout and Eli Stout. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
