He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bonnie Mae O'Neil Leek. He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Ilene Dottillis Leek and Eric Daniel Leek; his siblings, Riley Leek and Geneva Leek; and his grandparents, Paul, Naomi Taylor Dottillis, Ronald Harold Leek and Barbara Price. He is also survived by several aunts uncles and cousins.
