She was predeceased by: her parents, James William "Bill" and Janis Thelma Pharis (Wiseman); her spouse Gene Edward Cox; her son Kenneth "Ken" Cox; and her sister Karen S. Snyder.
She is survived by: her daughter Kris Evans (Carl) of Good Hope, WV; her grandsons, Shane Evans (Heather) of Good Hope and Brandon Evans (Stephanie Kerns) of Good Hope; her great grandchildren, Landon, Bryson, Madison, Lincoln, Reagan and Kennedy Lynn; and her siblings, James W. "Butch" Pharis (Nancy) of Junior, Michael A. Pharis of Junior, Janet L. Baisi (Rick) of Kenova, WV and Gloria J. Pudder of Junior. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
