He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Theodore and Mary Evelyn Jones Garrett; his wife Patricia Elizabeth Wade of Shinnston, WV; and his brother Russell Stephen Garrett of Fairmont, WV.. He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Garrett (Arreda) of Newton Falls, OH and Patricia Noel Henline (Denver) of Ridgway, PA; and his sister Sharon Martin (Jim) of Clarksburg, WV.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
