He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "Jake" Showalter and Jane Davis Post; his wife Nancy Lee Cunningham Post; and his daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Denise Abraham. He is survived by: his son Jacob "Walt" Walter Post (Karen); his son-in-law Gregory "Greg" Abraham; his grandsons, Joel Abraham, Caleb Abraham of Pittsburgh, PA, Jake Post of Lost Creek and Jeremy Post of Lost Creek; and his sister Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Post. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
