He is survived by: his wife Ida Stutler Perkins of Virginia; his children, Willie Stutler of Jane Lew, Debbie Woodson (Claude) of Anderson, SC, Kathy Perkins of Lost Creek, Sharon Perkins of Weston and Sheila Gregory (David) of West Milford; his grandchildren, Amanda, Hollie, Kelley, William, Sabrina, Austin, Monica, Victoria, Michael, Katie, Dakotah and Justin; his nephew William "Tader" Perkins; and his siblings, Rose Spring, Mildred Lindsey, Violet Goff, Elaine Sinclair, Louise Stout, Joann Stamm and Charles Perkins. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
