He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lee and Hattie Odessa Anderson Jenkins; his daughter Cheri Daun Jenkins; and his siblings, Earl Lee Jenkins Jr., Laura Lee Smith, Melba L Losh, James Elwood Jenkins, Virginia C Jenkins and Pauline F David.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Westfall Jenkins; his children, Carl Douglas "Doug" Jenkins (Bridgette), Robert Earl "Bobby" Jenkins (Heidi), Jerrold Clyde "Jerry" Jenkins (Christina) and Sharon Lynn "Sherry" Conley (Chris); and his siblings, Lee Roy Jenkins of El Paso, TX, Milton Jenkins, Helen, Jane Lew, Ruth Jenkins, Deward Jenkins, Beatrice Parks and Pete. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
