She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Vanhorn and Ina Summers Vanhorn; her parents-in-law, Robert and Freda Kniceley; her husband Charles Kniceley; her sons, Robert Kniceley and Charles II; her siblings, Glenna Williams, Loretta McClain, Bernard Vanhorn and Edgar "Ray" Vanhorn; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Vanhorn, Betty Vanhorn, Mildred Vanhorn, Dane Williams, James "Jimmy" Kniceley and Howard Kniceley.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca "Becky" Layton (Edward "Ed") of West Milford; her siblings, Patty Smith (Jeff) of Lost Creek, John Vanhorn (Judy Russell) of Lost Creek and Emerson Vanhorn of Clarksburg; her siblings-in-law, Becky Vanhorn of Lost Creek, Gladys Kotrys of Freedom, NY, Donna Kniceley of Weston and James McClain of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Brittany Kniceley of Clarksburg, Kayla Kniceley (Brandon Hanlan) of Bridgeport, Lyndsey Layton (Andrew Costello) of Bridgeport, Tristan Kniceley (Savannah) of Hugheston, Chase Kniceley of Shinnston, Eddie Layton of Winfield, Eric Layton (Savannah) of Winfield and Liz Drummond of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Briley, Hudson, Breelyn, Haddox Hanlan of Bridgeport, Zeppelin, Oakley, Beckleigh, Tyler and Wyatt Layton of Winfield.
