He is survived by: his father Claude Leroy Smith; his wife Rebecca Jo Smith (Knight); his daughter Kylee Osborn (Ryan) of Bridgeport; his brother Jerry Smith of Sardis, OH; his stepchildren, Kayla O'Brien (David) of Clarksburg and Ryan Wells (Tara) of Helena, MT; and his grandchildren, Dominic Fenton, Isaac Fenton, Tayson Barnes, Ruger Wells and Remington Wells.
