She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Miller and Barbara Naomi Jackson Miller. She is survived by: her husband David Cogar; her children, Jeremy Cogar of Clarksburg, Joshua Cogar of Lost Creek, Jonah Cogar (Christie) of Bridgeport and Jennifer Cogar of Bridgeport; her granddaughter Jacey Cogar; her sisters, Nancy Messenger (Don) of Clarksburg and Janet Langford (Bryan) of Lost Creek; and her pet Simon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
