Elkins of Dunbar; his grandfather Dowell Bailey of Lorado; and his aunts and uncles, Gene "Rabbit" Bailey (Jane Elkins) of Lorado, Charles "Happy" Bailey of Clairmont, NC, Richard (Carolyn Elkins), Johnny (Tammy Elkins), Laurie (Sam Lusk) and Pete (Merlie Maynard). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
