Clark Necessary Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clark Necessary of Lorado, West Virginia, born in Man, West Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Necessary and Gladie Adkins Necessary; his sisters, Sandra Necessary and Shirley Necessary; and his grandparents, John, Ada Necessary, Robert and Emma Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Jill (Josh); his grandchildren, Joe, Izzy of Morgantown and Brother Calvin Necessary (Charlene) of Robinette; his nephew Michael Necessary (Holly); his niece Whitney Tignor (Shawn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiden and Erin of Charleston; his nephew Devin Smoot (Kaylea); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rose and Skylar of Staunton, VA; his brother-in-law Darby Smoot (Cathy) of Staunton, VA; and also Pierce of Lewisburg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Clark had previously arranged to donate his body to WVU for medical research, but once he had the chemotherapy, that was no longer an option.
