He was predeceased by: his wife Annis Holstein (Richardson); his father Basil (Mary Holstein); and his siblings, Hobert, Melvin, Walter Holstein, Opal, Launa Holstein, Marceline Dye and Helen Lyons.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy "Dotty" (Bill Foster); his nephews, Steve Perry (Marilyn) and Todd Foster (Patricia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin Perry, Lane Foster, Andrea Pennington (John) and Brittany Foster. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
