He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Bill" Hall and Mary Hall (Flowers); his wife Darlene Hall (Liming); his children, Meagan Wheeler (John) of Lexington, KY, Ashley Hall (Elmo) of Steubenville Oh, William "Billy" Gerald Hall of Iowa and James Michael Hall (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jacob, Arlie Pelfrey, Landen, Devin, Layla Hall of Logan, WV, Emrie Hall, Ethan, Elaina McCallister of Logan, WV, Kira and Kaia Hall of Iowa; his daughter Rachel Hall McCallister (Brian); his brother Richard Lee Hall; his son John Wheeler; his siblings, Jody Hall, Steven Hall, David Carter, Mark Carter, Janice Hall Cantrell and Judith Hall Runyon; and his stepmother Judy Hall.
