Hairston (Ris); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Ella and Jackson Hairston; and his brothers, Horlin Carter, Sr. (Boonie), Reginald B. Carter (Bub) and Thurmond Carter (Dit). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
