She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shepherd and Vena Shepherd; her brothers, Ronnie and Mitchell Shepherd; her nephews, Kyle Haynes, David Shepherd and William Tiller; and her niece Misty Shepherd.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Hager of Charleston, WV.; her children, Jamie Hager of Charleston, WV, Holly Ford (Bobby) of Merritt Island, FL and Bobby Hager (Brianna) of Whitman, WV.; and her siblings, Wanda Cooper (Bobby), Michelle Hinkle (Tim), Terry Shepherd (Della), Larry Shepherd, Kenneth Shepherd and David Shepherd (Brenda).
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the Governor's guidelines for large gatherings only 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time.
