She is survived by: her husband Elmer "Blue" Mayhorn; her son Cody Lee Mayhorn of Mud Fork; her siblings, Cheryl Carrico of McCarr, KY, Tammy Bucci-Williams (D. J.) of Chattaroy, WV, Donna Dingess (Clyde) of Belfrey, KY and Jeremy Brinager (Heather) of Sidney, KY; her nieces and nephews, Jessica Caudill (Jonah), Leann Carrico, Shelby Brinager, C. J. Dingess, Matt Bucci (Ashley) and Billy Currico (Charis); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ace, Eli, Mea Caudill, Ava, Mattaya Bucci, Gideon, Emory and Judah Carrico.
