It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Leah Toler of Logan, West Virginia, born in Holden, West Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Workman and Lucinda Workman; her siblings, Linda Fillinger, Susie Workman and Harold Workman; and her brother-in-law David Damron.
She is survived by: her children, Casey Toler (Jennifer) and Kandee Carter (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Ashton, Addison, Isabella Toler and Coal Carter; her siblings, Connie Damron and William Workman; her brother-in-law Johnny Fillinger; her close friends, Debbie Mendez and Lawrence Goff; her mother-in-law Anna Toler; and also, Peggy Goff and Lisa Stinnett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
