She is survived by: her children, Clifton Adkins (Robyn) of Knoxville, TN and April Adkins (David) of Chapmanville, WV; her caregiver Malissa Reed (John) of St. Albans, WV; and her grandson Aaron Adkins. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
