He is survived by: his wife April Thomas (Mathis); his siblings, Janice Borth (Butch) of Valley View, Karen Hatfield (Danny) of Gilbert, Lois Nelson (Roger) of Micco, Teresa Lynn Thomas of Switzer, Nina Martin (Johnny) of Marion, IN, Josephine Mobech of Columbus, OH and Joseph Lomely; his father-in-law George Mathis (Tammie) of Peach Creek; his brother-in-law Corey Mathis (Kayla) of Whitman; his nephew Joe Spears (Tara) of Coral Springs, FL.; and his pet Princess.
