It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelvia Brown of Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Brida Toler and Browning; her husband Hershell Brown; her daughter Ursulla Brown; her granddaughter Alexis Rakes; her siblings, Donna Musick and Eugene Toler; and her grandmother Corbie Browning.
She is survived by: her children, Hershell Brown Jr., Beverly Brown, Ronica Hall (Danny) and Sheila Conley (Rex); her brother Ronnie Toler; and her close friend Beatrice. She is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
