She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Maynard and Madeline Maynard; her husband Willard Adkins; her son Willard Adkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Sylvia Nelson, Owen Maynard and Randy Maynard.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Adkins (Gina) and Rita Skidmore (Eric); her grandsons, Jarrett Adkins (Sadie) and Mason Skidmore; her sister Joyce Maynard; her daughter-in-law Elaine Adkins; and her siblings, Wanda Nelson, Bonnie Hensley (Willis) and Ricky Maynard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
