Ballard, Jr., Charlotte Rayburn and Annabelle Baxter; her parents-in-law, Ralph L. Ballard Sr. and Julia Dean Ballard; and her great grandchild Alexis Faith Rakes.

She is survived by: her children, Karen O'Rourke (Ron) of Logan, Kevin Ballard (Kim) of Logan and Lynda Lee (John) of Melbourne, FL; her sister-in-law Wanda Dolan of Lewisburg; her brother C. David Morrison (Tresa) of Logan; her grandchildren, Jessica Hovanec (Alan) of Scott Depot, Julia O'Rourke (Jim Porter) of Williamsburg, VA, Jaime O'Rourke-Senseney (Trevor) of Suffolk, VA, Joelle O'Rourke (Brandon Scaggs) of Logan, Johnna O'Rourke of Morgantown, Jordan O'Rourke (Sean Hensley) of Huntington, Jennifer Jackson (Danny) of Lake and Jillian Ballard (Ryan Workman) of Logan; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Elliott, Owen, Lila, Sawyer, Paige, Oliver and Simon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
