He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Workman and Estelene Sawyer Workman; his son Shade Keith; his stepmother Phyllis Evans Workman; his siblings, Vickie Workman and Lindsey "Buck" Workman; and his sister-in-law Teresa Workman.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Workman Jr. of Franklin and Brandon Workman of Logan; his adoptive children, Justin and Megan King; his siblings, Keith Workman of Logan, Ohio and Shawn Delaney (James) of Grand Rapids, Mi.; his niece Audra Kay Armstrong (Mark) of Huntington, WV; his great-nephew Brayden Shoults of Logan, Ohio; and his close friends, Steven Hapney, Ocil, Jean Frye and Louise King.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Scott's name to the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center, where Scott received many of his treatments.
