He is survived by: his wife Judy Starr (Parsons); his children, Ernest Starr (Crystal), Tammy Hendricks (Stanley) and Kimberly Bailey (Hansford); his grandchildren, Sam Bailey (Samantha), Chris Bailey, Barbara Hall, Kenneth Hendricks, Timothy Starr (Amanda), Ernest Starr Jr. and Mary Hendricks (Steff); his son-in-law Rick Hendricks; and his grandson-in-law Davis. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
