He was predeceased by: his brother Damien Burgess; his grandfathers, Timothy Burgess and Osie Miller; his great-grandparents, Ellery, Carol Burgess, Lyda Sexton Martin, Wallace "Big Freelan" and Sandra Justice; his uncle Shade Workman; and his great-uncles, Freelan Justice and Wallace Justice.
He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Justice and Joscelyn Burgess; his sisters, Serinaty, Sadie, Makynzi and Madilyn Justice; his grandmothers, Angel Miller and Causby Justice; his aunts and uncles, Brittany Burgess (Bo), Savannah Burgess (William), Joseph Burgess, Taj Miller, Logan Price, Freelan Justice and Brandon Workman; and his cousin Tynleigh Varney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (200 Main St, Logan, WV 25601).
