With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Kennedy of Logan, West Virginia, born in Man, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Kennedy and Eva Deloris Kennedy (Davis); his former wife Jowana Bartram Kennedy; his grandparents, Robert Estel, Edith Davis, Amos and Betty Ann Kennedy (Crum); his stepgrandmother Maudie Kennedy; and his cousin Douglas Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kennedy; his children, Rev. Joey Kennedy (Becky) of Pecks Mill, Bobby Kennedy of Landville, Brian Simpkins (Angie), Raymond Simpkins (Tara) and Kristen Harrison (Adam) of El Paso, TX; his grandchildren, Haley Tackett (Zack) of McConnell, Hannah Kennedy of Camden, SC, Shania Kennedy of Camden, SC, Taylor Kennedy of Camden, SC, Jayden Kennedy of Camden, SC, Abby Harrison of El Paso, TX, Marissa Harrison of El Paso, TX, Samantha Harrison of El Paso, TX, Hunter Simpkins of Bills Branch, Logan of Phico, Mallory Simpkins of Phico, Owen Simpkins of Phico, Auzya Brown (Adam) of Davin and Tracy Jones, II (Kaitlyn) of South Man; and his siblings, Lonnie Kennedy (Sandra) of Kistler, John Robert Kennedy of Mallory, Danny Kennedy of Mallory and Alice Kennedy Hunter (Curtis) of Accoville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
