He was predeceased by: his parents, Lisses Conley and Janie Powers Conley; and his siblings, John, Bill, Dallas Conley, Jean Akers and Lois Farris.
He is survived by: his son Israel Conley (Anna); his former wife Brenda Conley; his siblings, Joyce Lucas and Donnie Conley; his grandchildren, Olivia Conley (Billy), Isaiah Joel Conley and Alexander Stollings; and his great grandchild Neveah Conley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
