He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James; his grandson Levi James Allen Bowe; his siblings, James Bowe and Polly Balentine; his wife Bonnie Bowe; his son Robert Allen (Lee Ann Toler); his sister Anna Stapleton; his uncle Alvie Patrick; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Laban and Elijah. He was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
