It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pansy Adkins (Logan, West Virginia), who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pansy Adkins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Jocko" Flemings and Luna St. Clair Flemings; and her brother Roy Buck Flemings. She is survived by: her son Eddie; her daughter-in-law Dianna Adkins of Ethel, WV.; her grandchildren, Travis Adkins (Harley) of Pecks and Kayla Jemerison (Donald) of Holden, WV.; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Avery and Charlotte Adkins; her siblings, Jean Conley (Raymond), Bill and Harley Flemings; her cousin Rebecca Bailey Hopkins; and her close friends, Dorothy Dot Phillips, Marcheita Hawkins and Gay Farmer.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the Governor's guidelines for large gatherings only 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time.
The family asks that in leu of flowers that donations can be sent to Akers-James Funeral Home.
