She was predeceased by: her parents, Squire Hall and Naomi Hall; her husband Howard McGinnis; her parents-in-law, Helen McGinnis and Elmer McGinnis; and her siblings, Garnet Fleming, Betty Desplaines, Janice Sergent, Billie Hall and Alfred Hall.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her son-in-law John Turner of Chapmanville; her son Harold Lee McGinnis (Elise) of Ormond Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Jenna Brumfield (Nick) of Chapmanville, Amy Annon (Mark) of Ormond Beach, Katie McGinnis of Orlando, FL, Justin Turner of Chapmanville and Danny McGinnis (Caitlyn) of Ormond Beach, FL.; her great grandchildren, Morgan of Ormond Beach, Avery of Ormond Beach, Micah Annon of Ormond Beach, Macy of Ormond Beach, Maverick McGinnis of Ormond Beach and Baby Mila Brumfield; her sisters, Patty Tanner, Sandra Kay Preece of Hamlin, WV and Opals; and also Mary Hager.
