She is survived by: her close friend Kathy Chafin; her children, Amy M Carter of Logan and Charles E "Chuck" Carter of Logan; her brother Donald Padgett (Linda) of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Bethany, Garrett, Julianna, Alex, Karlie, Tiger Lily Carter and Tabby Runyon; her great grandchildren, Kyrie, Zaylen, Zooey and Klaus Garrett; and her nieces and nephews, Barb, Vicky and Shearell.
