She is survived by: her sons, Danny Jay Smith of Logan and Ricky Maynard (Crystal) of Mingo, WV; her siblings, William "Pete", Sam Jr. Maynard (Frankie) of Alabama, Henry Lee, Joan Maynard of Holden, WV and Robin Bailey of Logan, WV; her granddaughter Jessica Carter (Robert "Buddy") of McConnell, WV; her great grandchild Gabrielle Marie Carter; her niece Kathy Maynard of Holden, WV; her great-nieces, Kaitlyn Maynard of Holden, WV and Tia Miller of Holden, WV; and also Natalia of Holden, WV..
