She was predeceased by: her parents, William Starcher and Alta Starcher; her husband Charles; and her siblings, Willa Booth, William Starcher and Leslie Buell Starcher.
She is survived by: her children, Geary Burns (Sandy) of Teays Valley and Gloria Burgess (Moss) of Wilkinson; her grandchildren, Brent Burns, Kelley Burns and Chris Burgess; and her great grandchildren, Emma Crouch, Nate Burns and Ian Burns.
